- The order was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to vendor fault.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Situations

- Minor differences in colour, texture, or appearance.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should inspect products where possible before accepting delivery.
Once a product has been accepted and paid for, refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the complaint.
Return Process
To request a return or refund:
- Contact G-bah Fortress within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number.
- Submit photographs or evidence where applicable.
- Allow our team to review the request.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Requests made after the 7-day return window may not be eligible for a return unless required by applicable law.
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was delivered, G-bah Fortress (or the vendor) will provide or reimburse the return shipping label.
If the customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Vendor Review Process
Refund requests may require consultation with the vendor before a final decision is made.
G-bah Fortress reserves the right to request additional information during the review process.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
